What to cut from an act before you sign it
Upload the KS-2 act and the contract estimate. The service finds volumes above the estimate, prices above estimate rates, work outside the estimate, repeats from earlier acts and arithmetic errors — and totals the amount to cut.
The workspace and bots are in Russian.
How the reconciliation runs
- 1The act to sign
An Excel export from estimating software works best — PDF parses worse.
- 2The contract estimate
A local estimate or contract price list: volumes, rates and prices are checked against it.
- 3Earlier acts
Optional. With them volumes are checked across all acts since work began, and repeats show up.
- 4Amount to cut
Each line comes with an amount and its place in the act. Confirmed amounts go to the money log.
What we check
Including all earlier acts under this estimate.
The rate in the act vs the rate in the estimate.
Items the estimate doesn’t have at all.
Work already closed by an earlier act.
Errors in a line’s cost and in the act total.
The act line and the estimate line side by side.
Demo set
Three acts and an estimate: 687,840 ₽ to cut
A synthetic set you can run in the workspace with “Try on an example”.
Another 54,000 ₽ comes from errors in a line and in the act total.
