1C reports right in your chat
A director, buyer or manager asks for a figure in plain words and gets the answer in a second. No need to open 1C, look for a report or wait for the accountant: data is read straight from the database, without exports or intermediaries.
Read-only · Doesn’t take up a paid 1C licence · Connection in 1–3 days · The demo is open without registration and runs on a live 1C database
1C reports
Figures are calculated from your database at the moment of the request. Nothing to export or refresh.
Receivables
Overdue for more than 90 days: 94,676,005 ₽
Shipments for the day
Last shipment — 11.03.2024, “Household Appliances” warehouse.
Stock and slow-moving stock
Showing 3 of 530. The full table and xlsx are in the workspace.
What it shows today
Ask in plain words or with a button. Put conditions right into the question — no commands to memorise.
Who owes what, how much and how overdue, broken down by the age of the debt.
What went out, for what amount and what is still unposted.
What sits in the warehouse with no movement and how much money is frozen in it.
Whom we owe and what is coming up for payment.
Open advances to subcontractors by age, receivables and costs by site, material stock.
“receivables for Stroysnab”, “slow-moving stock for 180 days”, “shipments 15.01”, “top 10”.
Why you can trust the figures
Every report is reconciled with the standard 1C report down to the kopeck.
The same registers as 1C
Receivables match the “Customer debts by due date” report, payables to suppliers match “Debts to suppliers”. The module doesn’t calculate anything its own way.
You can see where a figure comes from
Every answer shows when it was calculated, and the /source command shows the register and formula behind each figure.
This is how it looks in chat
Telegram and MAX, one and the same database.

How it connects
1–3 days, of which about 30 minutes are your 1C specialist’s work.
OData publication
The standard interface is switched on and the set of objects is selected: counterparties, items, settlement and stock registers. A built-in 1C capability, no configuration changes required.
Service user
A separate read-only user that doesn’t take up a paid licence. Whatever it isn’t allowed to see, the module won’t see; disable the user and access stops.
Connection form
Publication address, login and password. Access is checked with a live request right away: if something is missing, we name the object instead of saying “connection error”.
Tested on a live database
Integrated Automation 2.5, cloud publication.
Your data
The module reads the database but cannot write to it
The main question when connecting an accounting system is what the service can do in it. We answer with mechanics, not promises.
Read-only
The service user is created without write rights: the module cannot change a document or post a transaction.
Credentials are encrypted
The login and password are stored encrypted and used only for requests from your chat.
Role-based access
A manager sees their own clients, the head sees everything. Disable the service user and access stops immediately.
How much it costs
The basic level is free, with no term and no contract. Full tables, roles and summaries come with the company subscription for any 1C.

Questions
What people ask before connecting.
Our 1C is in the cloud, not on our own server
That’s even simpler: cloud providers already have OData publication switched on, so you only need to select the set of objects and create a service user. The demo stand the bot runs on is a cloud database.
Which 1C works
Integrated Automation, Enterprise Accounting 3.0, Trade Management, ERP and construction configurations built on them. The configuration is detected automatically when you connect.
How closely the figures match 1C
The module uses the same registers as the standard report. We reconciled receivables with the “Customer debts by due date” report line by line — there is no difference. If you see a difference on your database, send us a screenshot and we’ll look into it.
Which employees will see what
The module sees exactly what the service user is allowed to see in your 1C. Access inside the company — manager, warehouse, head — is set up separately.
What happens if the database is unavailable
You get a clear answer that the database isn’t responding, not an empty figure. Data doesn’t accumulate on our side: every answer is a fresh request.
The report you need isn’t on the list
A report is a database query plus calculation rules. If a metric can be calculated from 1C data, it can be built. Tell us what you need to see every morning.
Didn’t find your task?
Tell us what your team still does by hand. We reply within a working day and suggest a solution — a ready service or a module for the task.
